    When I hit menopause I was shocked at how quickly things changed. I looked at a picture of myself and didn’t recognize my body anymore. I never thought I would experience this. I was a health coach after all and prided myself on being a good example of healthy habits for my clients.     About Lisa - Your Menopause Maven Guide

    I am a nutrition and wellness coach who has been coaching people to living their best lives since 1996.


    In my life journey, I was a Biology major at UCSD which led me to loving the study of nutrition. I then embarked on a path to being a Holistic Health practitioner and PhD in Holistic Nutrition. 

     

    Along the way I have been an instructor in the Body/Mind fields, teaching massage therapy and body/mind retreats as far away as Australia. I was also an expert blogger for Epicor...a gut health and immune supplement. This led me to the study of gut health...the keystone of all health!


    Having my own journey with menopause, I am passionate about helping other women with their struggles with this time in their lives.

    How much time will I need to spend on the calls and recordings?

    There will be one recording delivered to your email on Monday that will be about 30 minutes that you will listen to on your own time before the live call. The live call will be on Thursday evenings and about 30 minutes (depending on how many questions there are)

    What if I can’t attend all the live calls?

    No worries. I get it...we are busy women. You can submit your questions and I will answer them on the call which will recorded and sent out to all participants.

    Will I have access to the material after the program ends?

    You will have lifetime access to all the recorded workshop videos, recorded live coaching calls, and resources.

    How much support will I get during the program?

    Each week you will get a recorded workshop with a step by step transformation focus for the week and a live call with me to get your questions answered.
