    Hi! My name is Lisa Metzgar, PhD

    I am a nutrition and wellness coach who has been coaching people to living their best lives since 1996.


    In my life journey, I was a Biology major at UCSD which led me to loving the study of nutrition. I then embarked on a path to being a Holistic Health practitioner and PhD in Holistic Nutrition.  


    Along the way I have been an instructor in the Body/Mind fields, teaching massage therapy and body/mind retreats as far away as Australia. I was also an expert blogger for Epicor...a gut health and immune supplement. This led me to the study of gut health...the keystone of all health!


    Having my own journey with menopause, I am passionate about helping other women with their struggles with this time in their lives.
